With my support I am adressing people who suffer psychologically.
For example, from the following adaptation patterns or identity distortions and the associated stress:

-
Fear of contact, of closeness and at the same time longing for it
-
Social isolation
-
Shame about your existence and the associated feelings of guilt
-
Alienation from your body
-
Constant fear of being abandoned, of not belonging; fear of dying, fear of living

-
Alienation from your own sensations, feelings, needs
-
Inner emptiness
-
Problems feeling and pursuing what you want
-
Depression, lack of motivation

-
Fear of failure
-
Lack of self-confidence, notorious mistrust of people, life
-
Self-destructive behavior, self-judgement, self-hatred

-
Difficulty in setting boundaries
-
Paralyzed by inner contradictions
-
Constantly putting yourself under pressure by self-evaluation and self-judgment
-
Avoidance of confrontation and fear of rejection
-
The feeling of living a “false life” and not an authentic one

-
Being driven by always having to please, be the best
-
Hardness towards yourself
-
Restlessness, drivenness
-
Fear of your own vulnerability and showing up with that
In NARM we do not understand symptoms as pathological but as an individual expression of an adaptation to a traumatic experience or an experience that evokes this experience again.
My support also adresses people who want to develop and unfold themselves, who are in a crisis or phase of change, who suffer from stagnation and at the same time feel a longing for change.
My work is sociotherapeutic support as a social worker.
